Diet Free Life Detox Drop
First Step – How the Detox Drop Works

Whether you want to detoxify your body, recharge your mind, overcome a stall in weight loss, or lose a pant size in 6 days – the Detox Drop is for you! Offering you a fast, easy and delicious plan that can be done in 3 or 6 days, the Detox Drop doesn’t exclude anyone. This natural plan is:

  • Doctor Approved
  • Diabetic Friendly
  • Adaptable for Vegetarians and Vegans
  • Metabolism and Heart Healthy

When you receive your Detox Drop Deluxe Kit or Refill Kit (for people who have previously done the Detox Drop), turn to page 6 and go shopping for your fruit, juice, soup and preferred protein powder (e.g., Vanilla Designer Whey). Then, weigh yourself (conduct a body composition when possible) and get started.

MORNING
Before you do anything after waking up on Day 1 - weigh yourself (or conduct a body composition) and then start your day with the “Cleansing Ritual,” which includes everything that comes with your kit. In less than 3 minutes you are off and on the express way to shedding inches and feeling better.

Following the cleansing ritual you are consuming tea and/or water until your morning breakfast smoothie. Yummy! When time permits you blend the ingredients as directed in your guidebook. But, when time is tight, simply eat the fruit and use your Detox Drop Cup Shaker to mix your protein powder in water.

SNACKING
After your morning smoothie you move on through the day with your snack of carrot, apple or cranberry juice. Be sure to journal everything in your guidebook (tracking on pages 8 and 9).

LUNCH
As lunch approaches and you’re friends invite you out for a meal, GO! Just be sure to either drink your smoothie before hand or take it with you. You may have your protein powder in a zip lock bag and after enjoying your fruit, mix it up in water and enjoy. Or, when the blender is available – blend it up and let a friend taste it. They’ll be surprised that doing a detox and cleanse could taste so good!

SNACKING AGAIN
Following lunch you must snack. This snacking is going to help to ensure you’re getting an adequate amount of calories and you’re keeping your blood sugar from fluctuating too high or low, which means you’re in fat burning mode.

RITUAL TIME AGAIN!
Prior to your dinner smoothie you must do the Cleansing Ritual at least 30 minutes prior. It’s the same thing you did first thing in the morning.

DINNER
Now it’s time for that enjoyable evening smoothie and you can congratulate yourself for nearing the completion of day 1 of your Detox Drop.

EVENING SNACK
Before you find yourself hungry and to keep your metabolism humming – snack again. Remember, it is to your metabolism’s best interest to never go to bed hungry. Now it’s time to congratulate yourself for completing day 1. Now, all you need to do is repeat the process tomorrow 

CUSTOMIZE OF THE DETOX DROP
If you take medication, continue taking your medication. If you exercise, continue exercising. When you have questions CLICK HERE and ask Robert for the personalized direction you need to feel comfortable and confident in performing the Detox Drop.

The morning of Day 7 is when you wake up and prior to drinking or eating anything – step on the scale (or conduct a body composition) so you can celebrate your results. Also, notice the appearance of your skin, the upgrade in energy and youthful feeling. Keep record of how you feel and be sure to mark the date down in your calendar so that you can perform the Detox Drop again – in 90 days!

He goes on to say, "The people in Texas are so kind and embracing that I will be returning to Sugarland, Texas on October 23rd to present a "Fat Loss Fiesta" event, which will include a segment on the Detox Drop and Parent Coaching Tips and Skillsets on getting children and family members to eat more healthful foods."
